Are you ready to invest in your life and create a more positive future? If the answer is ‘yes I am’ then below you can find out about my availability, fees and recommendations in terms of booking your sessions.
Investing your time.
I recommend that you book three sessions to begin with as anything less than this isn’t going to serve your purpose. I don’t do quick fixes as they tend to be superficial and short lived, so I ask that you are willing to invest your time and effort for the sole purpose of increasing your chance of long term success. After your first three sessions you can book in further groups of three or individually, depending on what we feel would suit your needs most.
I suggest you book your first three sessions at two week intervals to give time to live your life; carry out any tasks or exercises I may set for you and notice the impact each session has had.
A phone consultation is required before booking your first session.
This ensures that Cognitive Hypnotherapy is the best option for you and can meet your individual needs.

Sessions are available on the following days at the following times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 11.30 am, 2 pm, 3.30 pm, 5.30 pm and 7 pm
Some Saturdays: 10 am, 11.30 am and 2 pm
Sessions last for approximately 1 hr and 15 minutes and are by appointment only.
Once we have had a chat on the phone and agreed that our work together would be of benefit to you, we can book your sessions to suit you. If you book three sessions and either of us decide that you do not need to complete all of the three sessions or you change your mind and wish to cancel, providing that at least one week’s notice is given a refund of unused remaining sessions will be given. However the individual sessions that have been used will be charged at the individual price rate.
You may feel more comfortable booking the first session before deciding whether to commit to more. This is understandable, however my terms and conditions means that if you are not happy continuing, given fair notice a refund would be given of the remaining unused sessions. So you have nothing to lose booking three sessions and you stand to save £30.
This is recommended for all forms of therapy and required for Smoking Cessation. For Smoking Cessation you will have one initial session to identify a treatment plan, followed by one double session that is your Cessation Session.
This is recommended for those interested in the Project YOU Life Coaching Plan and for most therapy requirements, as the average number of sessions for most people to experience success is 6. However, this is not guaranteed.
Once you’ve booked your phone consultation you may find you start to feel better already. Just knowing that you are taking a step towards something so positive makes a difference. Sometimes it can be hard to imagine what life could be like without your problem, but we can now begin to feel excited about the possibilities of where this could lead and the difference it could make.
